    Large Dance Floor 21 x 21 plus elevated Stage

    Nothing encourages dancing and fun like a large dance floor and dancing lights!

    The Stage is perfect for a head table, seminar presentation, band or DJ.

    Professional Sound System with Dance Lights

    For $75, you can rent our professional sound system where all you have to do is plug in your IPAD or smartphone and play music from your playlists!

    Building Capacity

    • 321 with no tables or chairs,

    • 224 Seated at Tables with open dance floor.


    We are a Non Smoking Venue

    We provide a fresh and clean venue.  Smoke smell is very difficult to remove and requires deep cleaning.  Therefore there is absolutely no smoking in the venue.

    100 white folding chairs


    For larger events, additional tables and chairs available for rent.

    Spacious Restrooms

    Make sure the venue you select has more than a couple of toilets for your guests.  Our ladies room is has a dressing lounge area with full length mirror.  Each stall is like a small dressing room.

    Caterer's Prep Kitchen

    We have a triple sink and prep tables to give caterers a place to store their items and service the guests.

    Easy unloading access

    Your vendors will appreciate the ease of loading in & out at Premier Place. event venue

    Air Conditioned and Heated

    Bring in Your Own Caterer!

    You are welcome to use the caterer of your choice.  We can also recommend our Preferred Caterers who always gets raves on their food, at reasonable prices.

    BYOB Liquor, Wine, Beer and Soft Drinks

    You are welcomed to bring your own beverages and alcohol.  Renter is responsible for controlling the distribution and following state laws.  Renter is responsible for the actions of their guests.

    Must be out by midnight.

    Since we only take one event per Saturday, this is our lowest option.

    Sunday Evening

    Decorate early, have the event in the evening

    You are welcome to party until 11 pm, out by midnight. 


    WEEKEND SPECIAL

    $2900

    Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning.

    Perfect for Special Events, Weddings, Quincienera's.  You get the venue from Noon on Friday until Noon on Sunday.  This allows you to decorate on Friday, have a rehearsal, dinner on Friday night,  Have your main event on Saturday and stay as late as you want!  You can come back Sunday morning to clean up and remove decorations.  

    This is BEST VALUE!

    2 day weekend Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday

    Use one for decorating and rehearsals, the other for the event!

    Late Nights after Midnight for events open to the public.

    Late night - Get in as early as needed to decorate and stay late. ( until to 3 a.m.)

    You are welcome to stay until 3:00 am.

    How To Book Us

    Booking Policy and Prepayment

    • A $500 down payment holds the date for your event.  Once we receive payment, we turn away other calls wanting the same date.  This Fee is non-refundable.  The entire reservation down paymentis applied to the Rental Fee.

    Rental Fee Payments

    • Half the balance must be paid 60 days prior to the event, the final balance must be paid 30 days before the event.


    Prepayments protect the event venue from loss in case of default.  

    Therefore prepayments are non refundable.  Please be certain of your dates before booking!


    Reserve your Date Quickly

    We cannot hold dates without Payment of the $500 down payment.  Act FAST!  Your favorite date may book at any moment.

    Clean Up

    We ask you to leave Premier Place event hall in the same condition as you rented it. This includes safely removing decorations, tacks, wall hangers, clips., bottles, trash on the floors and removal of all trash from the property.  If excessive cleaning is required, part or all of the security / cleaning deposit may be lost.


    There is a Cleaning / Security Deposit of $300 and is refundable after the event, assuming there are no damages or excessive cleaning issues.  Must be paid before key is given to the venue .


    Parking Lot

    Unfortunately, sometimes guests clean out their cars in the parking lot, leaving a mess..  You are responsible for cleaning up after inconsiderate guests.  We can arrange for parking lot clean up for $75.


    Garbage

    We provide 3 garbage cans and 6 garbage bags.  If you are having a large party, you will likely need to bring additional garbage bags. 

    Make sure garbage bags are at least 33 gallon and are strong enough to handle the weight of the trash.

    We can arrange garbage collection for $75, if your caterer or event planner is unable to remove trash.

    We provide vacuuming and normal janitorial services as part of our normal service.   However, excessive messes, use of glitter or tinsel or damage will result in loss of security deposit.
