We provide a fresh and clean venue. Smoke smell is very difficult to remove and requires deep cleaning. Therefore there is absolutely no smoking in the venue.

For larger events, additional tables and chairs available for rent.

Make sure the venue you select has more than a couple of toilets for your guests. Our ladies room is has a dressing lounge area with full length mirror. Each stall is like a small dressing room.
We have a triple sink and prep tables to give caterers a place to store their items and service the guests.
Your vendors will appreciate the ease of loading in & out at Premier Place. event venue
You are welcome to use the caterer of your choice. We can also recommend our Preferred Caterers who always gets raves on their food, at reasonable prices.
You are welcomed to bring your own beverages and alcohol. Renter is responsible for controlling the distribution and following state laws. Renter is responsible for the actions of their guests.
Public Parties with Tickets or Cover Charge
Prepayments protect the event venue from loss in case of default.
Therefore prepayments are non refundable. Please be certain of your dates before booking!
We cannot hold dates without Payment of the $1000 down payment. Act FAST! Your favorite date may book at any moment.
We ask you to leave Premier Place event hall in the same condition as you rented it. This includes safely removing decorations, tacks, wall hangers, clips., bottles, trash on the floors and removal of all trash from the property. If excessive cleaning is required, part or all of the security / cleaning deposit may be lost.
There is a Cleaning / Security Deposit of $300 and is refundable after the event, assuming there are no damages or excessive cleaning issues. Must be paid before key is given to the venue .
Parking Lot
Unfortunately, sometimes guests clean out their cars in the parking lot, leaving a mess.. You are responsible for cleaning up after inconsiderate guests. We can arrange for parking lot clean up for $75.
Garbage
We provide 3 garbage cans and 6 garbage bags. If you are having a large party, you will likely need to bring additional garbage bags.
Make sure garbage bags are at least 33 gallon and are strong enough to handle the weight of the trash.
We can arrange garbage collection for $75, if your caterer or event planner is unable to remove trash.
We provide vacuuming and normal janitorial services as part of our normal service. However, excessive messes, use of glitter or tinsel or damage will result in loss of security deposit.
