Premier Place Event Venue

Official Terms of Rental and Binding Agreement
By submitting this form and paying the Reservation Prepayment, you enter into a legally binding contract with Premier

Place Event Venue. 

1. Reservation, Payments and Identification

Reservation Prepayment
A payment of $500.00 is required to secure your date. This locks in your pricing and ensures we turn away all other inquiries for that date.

Identity Verification
A clear copy of the Renters valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Drivers License) must be uploaded with this form or emailed to the Owner within 24 hours. The reservation is not finalized until the ID is verified.

Non-Refundable Policy
This prepayment is not a deposit; it is a non-refundable payment applied to your total Rental Fee. It serves as liquidated damages to cover lost business and administrative costs in the event of a cancellation.
Payment Schedule
50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event. The final balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the event.

Default
Failure to make payments on time results in a default of this agreement and the forfeiture of all prepayments.
2. Cleaning and Security Deposit
Deposit Amount
A $300.00 Cleaning and Security Deposit is required before venue access is granted.
Refunds
This is fully refundable after the event, provided the venue is left in its original condition with no damages or excessive cleaning required.

Automatic Forfeiture
The entire deposit will be lost if there is evidence of smoking inside the venue, use of glitter or tinsel, disposal of trash in the neighbors dumpster, or unauthorized use of the front doors and tile entrance for loading.
 

3. Venue Rules and Decorations
Loading and Unloading
All loading must be done through the back door opposite Highland Ave. Do not park on the tile entrance or use the front doors for equipment.

Decorations
Renter is responsible for any damage to paint or walls from hanging materials. All decorations and packaging must be removed by the Renter immediately following the event.

Noise
Doors must remain closed to maintain peace for our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in the event being terminated early by local authorities.
 

4. Alcohol, Safety and Liability
Alcohol Service
Alcohol may not be sold without a state license. For public events where alcohol is served, the Renter must provide professional security and obtain Liability Insurance.

Child Safety
Premier Place is not child-proof. Children must be under direct adult supervision at all times and are not permitted to play in the parking lot.
Liability
Renter assumes all financial and legal responsibility for the actions of their guests and vendors. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Rentals, LLC from any claims or injuries arising from your event.
 

5. Clean-Up and Trash
Trash Removal
Renter is responsible for removing all trash from the property.
Optional Services
Garbage Pickup can be arranged for a $100.00 fee. Parking lot clean-up can be arranged for a $200.00 fee.

Excessive Costs
Renter is financially responsible for any expenses or repairs that exceed the $300.00 deposit amount.
 

6. Illegal Activities
All events are expected to follow local, state, and federal laws. Any illegal activity will lead to the immediate termination of the event without refund.
